My name is Mohamad Nor Tawpeq Idham Bin Mohd Sidek and I am 18 years old.I am a student who is now studying at UiTM Pahang,Campus Jengka.I am also an undergraduated student in Diploma in Science in part 1.This blog is about to introduction the studying skills(UED102) in our life.

What is a GOAL ?
Goal is defined as something that you need to achieve to get it or aim the achievement by giving some effort to it.

-Communicate meaning for the others are clearly understand the goal.

~Time management is the process of consciously planning and controlling the amount of time spent on specific activities in order to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and production.

TYPE OF MEMORY :-

  • Sensory Memory ~ allows you to remember sensory information after the stimulation has ended.
  • Short-term Memory ~ allows you to recall specific information about anything for a brief period.
  • Long-term Memory ~The storage of information over expended time.
  • Explicit Long-term Memory ~ memories we consciously and deliberately took time to form and recall.
MEMORY STRATEGIES :-
  • Understand the material.
  • Have the right study enviroment.
  • Space out your work.
  • Repetition.
  • Organize your learning material.
CONCENTRATING STRATEGIES ;-
  • Plan lessons with intervals.
  • Make brain breaks routine.

  • Underactive thyroid.
